Here is my first attempt at EAA. I'm using my ES102 f/7 APO and my ASI294MC Pro cooled to 10°F with ASI Studio, ASI Live function.
This is M45 with 24 30-second images for a total of 12 minutes.
Minimal processing within the ASI Live software was accomplished.
This result was better than I thought I would get. For wanting to see a "somewhat" live image at/near the telescope, this isn't bad. You can see obvious vignetting that normal processing would remove, and the size of the stars is ungodly, but for what it is it's not bad.

Searching the skies since 1966. "I never met a scope I didn't want to keep."
This is the kind of process that is good for visitors to the observatory. I usually run an 80 with my OSC and 1-2min exposures while the group views the object thru the main scope. Naked eye verses integration of light can be discussed by the group and why imaging has taken over professional astronomy.

I’m sure that you could do a lot more in processing.
This would be a great thing to do with my grandson when he get old enough (he’s two now).
I can’t see him hanging in for typical imaging and often objects in the eyepiece aren’t very impressive in my lp (except Saturn).
I never tried it before because my imaging laptop has no usb3 ports. I’m using a miniPC now and that’s not a problem.
How much difference is your posted image vs. the unprocessed image?
