Is this anything like putting the directions of how to make a bomb on the internet? Will Ethan be under surveillance?

There are significant practical difficulties. 
While nothing about this is impossible in principle (like light speed travel or momentum violating engines) the R&D costs of developing a system to deliver an asteroid sized chunk of matter to a planet core are a significant barrier. I think Ethan is safe.On the other hand, I, ... :twitch:
