My sky started out good but deteriorated quickly , lots to see and shoot today .

Ar3667 is coming ito view nicely now, cool you caught it in Ha...

Flares and more flares maybe AR3667 is next.

Mike, I saw the nicest sunrise in Milton at a bit before 7AM, it was so clear to about 12:30, at least for me. I figured you'd be out!

Great pics and detail! The close ups are fantastic, it looks like 3667 is "indented" with the penumbra flowing out of it. So well done.

I recommend any one of those for an APOD!

I got in to haze, yet managed some Ca-K. I really need a clear day with everything, especially the HA!!

Ca-K - W/O 61mm, Antares 1.6 barlow, Baader 3.8 OD and Ca-K filters with a ZWO ASI174mm.
W/L - C80-HD with Baader 5.0 & 3.8 Solar film, Solar Continuum 7.5nm and UV/IR filters with a Canon EOS 550D.
