Rocket issue scrubs launch of Starliner crewed test flight.

The issue was with an oxygen relief valve on the rocket’s Centaur upper stage. “The team is just not comfortable with the signatures that they’re seeing, the response out of that valve, so out of an abundance of caution, we are not going to continue with our launch operations today,” said Dillon Rice, ULA launch commentator, on NASA TV.

I imagine there is a lot more going on with the reports of continuing problems with the entire program.
Hopefully they will get things figured out before they have another 'accident' on the launch pad.

There's an interesting article at Ars Technica (I think) about how SpaceX waxed 'em on the earth to low orbit vessels. Key points: fixed-price contracts gave Boeing the heebie-jeebies and Boeing lost a lot of engineering expertise from the shuttle days. And crashing 737s also took focus away from the Starliner.
