Hi Greg,
That's usually one of 2 things.
1. Make sure you have checked the "keep me logged in box".
2. Try deleting the cookies for just

Filters: LRGB, Ha 7nm, O-III 7nm, S-II 7nm
Eyepieces: a few.
Primary software: Cartes du Ciel, N.I.N.A, StarTools V1.4.

Leaving it running can mess things up. 'cookies' automatically update every so often. Then when you come back to view it will kick you out.
