Will the new ASI585 really give better results? At the time this image was taken I had no idea about the 5x rule, and I was not taking RIO video captures. Both of which I now realize are pretty important to successful planetary imaging.
As far as I can tell the ASI585 may take RIO Jupiter videos in excess of 150fps. If the videos really are captured at 150fps, that's got to help. In any event this image may be the last planetary image with my old Skyris 132C.
