Clouded out here for that, but yeah, quite the name This comet was supposed to be the original target for the ESA's Rosetta probe as well, but couldn't meet the launch window and was sent to Churyumov–Gerasimenko instead.

According to The International meteor association they should be visible between now and 12H30 UT for viewers in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia etc.
Will be interesting to see if any are spotted.
Eyeballs, binoculars, sketch box, Scopes n stuff. Some people don't understand why I love astronomy so much, I cannot understand why they do not!
I may have a clear window for me on this new moon night (nicely timed). It will run from midnight to 0430 for me. It'll be cold but not frigid. I'll let you all know what I see.
