Nov 17 Moon

Post by Thefatkitty »

Hey all,

I left for work at 6ish this morning; 12C (54F), I was good in a T-shirt and a light sweater. Light rain most of the day and was home at 2PM to the same temperature. The cat wanted out at about 5PM ;by then the temperature had dropped to 3C (37F). Next week is supposed to be all single digits in regards to that, and snow is forcasted here for next week. Welcome to winter!

When the furball went out, I noticed the waxing 23% Moon setting in the west. I took out my C80-HD with my EOS 550D on my manual CG4 mount. I haven't done this in months; it was like learning it all over again; and in the cold to boot.

This is the best 25% of 150 pics at ISO 800 and 1/250 and 1/320 sec exposure, 75 each respectively.

All the best,
