Unidentified train of satellites?

Hi everyone,

I was out with my telescope tonight, and I was simply getting ready to go to the Andromeda galaxy. All the sudden, I saw this at 7:10 PM MST. I immediately took my phone out of the telescope, and snapped this picture. Keep in mind, this is NOT an exposure.

It almost looks like a literal train of satellites.

I have no idea how to describe what I just saw. I got a video also. I will post it ASAP.

Never mind, I think I solved it. It might be a star link satellite release.

Yep, the bane of astronomy supplied by Mr. Musk.
I have seen it 4 times now.

Spacex does a Starlink launch about once a week now. There was a launch a couple of days ago. I remember watching the very first one, back when it was a novelty. Now it's just "Ho, hum, more space junk."

Thank you all for getting back. I appreciate it. I guess in this ONE case, light pollution was pretty cool.

However, it still is an issue with astronomers.

I got to see a Starlink train of satellites a few months ago. It caught me off guard and I'm thinking "INVASION!" and then I realized what it actually was...

Yes, A recent Starlink train of satellites. They must have just released this group because the ones I've seen are much more spread out.
As much as people like to complain about the Starlinks, While I've seen a few of the "trains", I've yet to have an exposure ruined because of them. All of the geostationary satellites up there have ruined far more exposures for me. Just try taking a shot of M42 without them making an appearance.

I've only seen one train, but that was sort of my reaction at first too. Those suckers just kept coming.
