ASTRO TRIVIA QUIZ for August 2022
I having been working together with Joe (OzEclipse) to sub for Ray (Raymondhow) for a while.
Joe did the July Quiz, and now I am uploading the link for the August Quiz. It's my first time doing this. Hope it works.
Here’s the link:
https://tinyurl.com/3v53wpwn
The August quiz follows the usual pattern that Ray was using -- except that I did not include any science fiction question.
The best score possible is 20/20.
Remember:
1. No online research allowed. No peeking at your astronomy atlas. It's just you and the quiz.
2. On multiple choice questions, feel free to guess. You may get lucky!
3. If you have a comment about a question when posting on this thread, please do NOT give away the correct answer!
One minor glitch: Joe formatted the quiz after I gave him the Q&A. I cannot access scores or deal with any mistakes in spelling.
So if you want anyone besides yourself to know what score you got, you will have to post it here.
We'll skip the drum roll this time around... It will be obvious (for the one who wants it to be obvious) who got the best score.
Joe is on vacation at some dark site and (as I understood him to say...) will not log in for a while.
Enjoy!
