Thanks for that link Gabrielle. I was looking for that scope as I'd read about it. Big scopes are indeed a lot of work, but apparently for some its worth the effort. At least with my 17.5 inch, I can leave it assembled in the garage at the other house and simply roll it out and back in!

We have a 24" f5 at our observatory that blows my mind, just have to be careful on the ladder in the dark. It is a good safety type warehouse version, but it's easy to get disoriented in the dark.
