Customer service/ manufacturing defect/warranty

I'm very impressed with the customer service department.
At first I noticed I was missing a cable during unboxing. Turned out it was unnecessary.

After using my scope 8 times a leg height adjustment screw HOLE went stripped.
They are sending me a leg.

Of course, an old man turning a butterfly bolt shouldn't have resulted in the HOLE being stripped out.
I was gonna have issues putting blocks of wood under the legs for next how many years, after spending over a G.
