I expect the 102mm will be over the capacity of the M1 (about 4 kg/ 9 lb) but should work until the M2 is available.
Likely some shaking when focusing.

The mount will be on a "slik" the professional tripod with a 30 lb capacity

With the M2 that will be similar to my Manfrotto 028b/ M2 combination which works quite well.

Side-by-side, not leveled or at exactly the same height, but you can get an idea of relative sizes. I'd try the AZ5 on the TW tripod, but there's a about a 1-inch nub that would have to be ground off the tripod plate.
I recently saw this adapter base which seems to be meant for using a tripod with a North pin with other products. Not sure if it will make the AZ5 work with the TW1 tripod, but worth investigating.
