That woman is indeed an excellent explainer.
The name Pop 3 makes sense to me since Pop 1 are the youngest, Pop 2 are older and Pop 3 are the oldest. A bit like people's ages!
If they have found actual Pop 3 stars then that's another piece to the theoretical model.
