It is interesting how the layer of dust can change its brightness.
It is also one of my favorite winter stars to view.
Some nice refractors, eyepieces, mounts and related equipment
The only culture I have is from yogurt

Somebody published speculation that there's now a dust cloud behind it which is reflecting starlight and increasing its apparent brightness.
