I never shoot the sun when it's below 30 degrees above the horizon. So, yesterday I was waiting for the sun to get high enough to shoot the transit...

Taken with a Canon 1100D in a C8 A 0918hrs. First day the temp was sub -30C. As per usual the colder it is the more apt you're to have issues. Today...
